Steven K Doo

Principal
Mr. Doo has over 14 years of experience working in civil engineering and site development in the State of Hawaiʻi. His experience spans planning entitlements, design, permitting, and construction of various projects for the State, Counties, and private clients. Mr. Doo oversees the preparation and production of engineering reports, construction drawings, specifications, and probable cost estimates. His focus includes master planning, infrastructure improvements, land development for commercial, subdivisions and educational facilities, green stormwater infrastructure implementation, and agricultural planned developments.
